Terms for the early pilot
Effective September 1, 2026. By using the pilot, you agree to these terms and the accompanying Privacy Policy.
Early-pilot service
Netah Board is an early pilot. Features may change, stop working, or be removed, and the service may experience interruptions. Please keep independent copies of important source material.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for inviting only trusted collaborators. Do not attempt to access another person's private project, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully.
Your content
You retain ownership of the material you upload. You give Netah Board and its infrastructure providers the limited permission needed to store, process, display, and transmit that material solely to operate the service and fulfill actions you request.
Community
Community participation and project publication are optional. Do not publish harassment, hateful or sexual content, threats, graphic violence, spam, unlawful material, or content that violates another person's rights. You may report projects and block people. We may filter, hide, remove, or restrict content and accounts to protect users, respond to reports, or comply with law.
Subscriptions and payment
Personal subscriptions may be purchased through Apple in the iOS app or through Stripe on the website, and renew at the cadence and price shown by that provider until canceled. Apple-billed subscriptions are managed or canceled through the App Store and Apple handles their billing and refund requests under its terms. Website subscriptions are managed through the account menu. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not delete projects; paid access normally continues through the paid period. Deleting a Netah Board account does not cancel provider billing, so cancel separately first if you do not want renewal. Taxes and refund rights vary by provider, location, and applicable law.
Rights and permissions
Only upload or share material you are authorized to use. You are responsible for copyright, confidentiality, privacy, consent, and any organizational rules that apply to your content.
AI output
AI analysis may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading. It is a research aid, not a substitute for reading the source, professional advice, grading judgment, or academic work. Users are responsible for checking cited material and complying with their institution's AI and academic-integrity policies.
Schools and student information
The current pilot is not a district-approved student information or records system. Do not upload protected student records or direct children under 13 to create accounts without an appropriate written agreement and consent process.
Availability and liability
The pilot is provided as available and without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Netah Board is not responsible for lost work, decisions based on generated analysis, unauthorized content uploaded by users, or indirect damages arising from pilot use.
Suspension and changes
Access may be limited or ended when necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or operate the pilot. These terms may be updated as the product develops; material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
