Netah Board is being developed for inquiry-based projects in which sources, questions, competing interpretations, and collaboration matter as much as the final submission.

AI should be a teaching decision
Project owners can disable AI analysis for the entire board, and collaborators cannot override that choice. This allows an educator to run a non-AI exercise or introduce AI only when it supports the lesson.
The longer-term school edition will add organization-wide controls so an administrator can enforce a policy across every class. That institution-level layer is not part of the current pilot yet.
Current pilot boundaries
Netah Board is ready for small, voluntary evaluations using non-sensitive material. It is not yet approved as a district-managed student-record system and should not be used to store grades, disciplinary information, health records, or other protected student information.
Feedback from educators will guide the next requirements: contribution history, accessibility, organization administration, data controls, classroom onboarding, and learning-platform integrations.
